4th District Admission Ceremony, November 2014

Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice Rita B. Garman presided over the 4th District Judicial Ceremony at Hoogland Center for the Arts in Springfield. ISBA President Richard D. Felice was on hand to address the new admittees.
