ISBA President Anna Krolikowska will host an update for the membership where professional consultants who were retained to assist the Association will review the findings of the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) assessment of ISBA conducted this fiscal year.
All candidates for Illinois judicial office outside of Cook county who are running in the June 28 primary election have been rated by the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) Judicial Evaluations Committee, or in a poll of lawyers conducted by the ISBA. The results were made available May 9 on ISBA's Judicial Elections page.
Bridget C. Duignan has been elected Third Vice-President of the Illinois State Bar Association. Michael G. Bergmann, Mark L. Karno, Emily N. Masalski, Mary L. Milano, and Sarah E. Toney won the Cook County seats on the Board of Governors and Mark C. Palmer won the Area 5 seat on the Board of Governors.

The Illinois State Bar Association’s Lawyer Finder Service provides referrals to local lawyers Mondays through Fridays. The Service makes referrals in a number of areas of law. For the month of April, 2022, ISBA helped 967 people in need of legal services find lawyers.
