Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney is pleased to announce that seasoned litigator Ben Thames, Jr. has joined the firm as the managing shareholder of its St. Louis office. Mr. Thames brings more than 14 years of experience in mass tort, environmental, and other litigation to the firm.
Mr. Thames has led the defense of companies faced with a wide range of claims including alleged exposure to asbestos, benzene, chromium, diacetyl and coal dust. He also has significant experience with premises and products liability cases. Mr. Thames joins Segal McCambridge following a long tenure at the St. Louis office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston and Young, where the predominance of his work focused on the defense of toxic tort claims.
