Kelleher & Buckley, LLC has announced the addition of attorney Donald E. Stellato, Sr. to the firm’s litigation group.
Stellato has over four decades of jury trial experience handling personal injury and wrongful death cases. Prior to joining Kelleher & Buckley, LLC, Stellato founded and managed his own firm for more than 25 years.
Trial attorneys Elizabeth A. Kaveny and Jeffrey J. Kroll have partnered to establish Kaveny + Kroll, a boutique personal injury law firm, opening their office at Two Prudential.
Previously, both practiced at separate firms. Kaveny + Kroll’s focus will be medical malpractice, trucking/car accidents, police misconduct, and catastrophic personal injury.
Craig T. Wright, a longtime Joliet attorney, died March 29, 2019. He was born in Newton, Iowa, on Oct. 1, 1931.
He was a graduate of the University of Iowa and was the fifth generation of his family to graduate from the University of Iowa College of Law, which was founded in 1865 by his great, great grandfather, George G. Wright.

Howard & Howard has announced the official formation of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practice group. The practice group’s attorneys assist clients in resolving disputes out of court.
According to research conducted by Fairway Resolution, over 80 percent of Fortune 1000 companies are likely to use arbitration or mediation in the future to resolve disputes with customers, employees, or vendors. That same percentage also said they used ADR because it was a “more satisfactory process.”
The Illinois Bar Foundation hosted its 2019 Lawyers Rock on March 14 at Lincoln Hall in Chicago.
A. Traub & Associates has announced that it relocated its Lombard office to 200 W. 22nd St., Suite 210.
The office is between Finley Road and South Highland Avenue, about a mile east of Interstate 355 and a mile west of Yorktown Shopping Center. The new location is a block west of the firm’s previous Lombard office.
