George F. "Bud" Taseff, 65, of Germantown Hills, IL, went to be with the Lord, after suffering a sudden heart attack, on Friday, April 2, 2021, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.
Colleen R Tyree, (nee Thrun). Our dearly beloved Colleen was born October 14, 1961, and was peacefully born to eternal life on March 23, 2021, age 59.
Paul Theodore Kalinich, 88, passed away March 19, 2021, after spending the past week surrounded by his children, Kelley, Kevin (Gail), Kyle (Alicia) and Kraig (Monaka), and engaging in enthusiastic discussions with his seven grandchildren, Adam, Alexandra, Chaney, Tyler, Lauryn, Grange and Grayson. Displaying his hearty, warm smile, he observed the Glenbard West Football 2021 "Unfinished Business" Hitter shirt on a grandson, and, Paul's last words to his youngest grandsons, as they left their beloved "Dedushka" for the final time, was loving encouragement to "Finish Your Business!" He leaves a beautiful legacy of family, faith and community.
Verne Elliott Dentino, 73, of Peoria, IL, passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.
He was born on August 12, 1947, in Peoria, IL, to Michael "Amato" and Arnita (Barto) Dentino. Verne married Ann Eldridge on March 21, 1973.
Stuart D. Gordon, 73, of Highwood, IL, passed away at home on March 24, 2021, after battling bone cancers for the past year.
True to his nature, he never stopped fighting. Stuart was born August 11, 1947 in Chicago. He went to University of Wisconsin and then University of Illinois for law school. A driven attorney for almost 50 years, he shone bright in the courtroom.
After nearly a century of thoughtfulness toward others, dedication to his craft, and an endless devotion to Chicago sports teams, revered attorney, loving husband and beloved father Dale A. Anderson, 83, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 from complications due to cancer.
He was an ISBA member for over 40 years, serving as ISBA president in 1980.
Richard Gordon Lambert, 86, of Marion passed away at 5:50 a.m., Thursday, on March 18, 2021, at his home surrounded by family.
Gordon was born in Marion on March 9, 1935, to Richard and Elsie (Stratman) Lambert. He married Jo Ellen Ray of Goreville on November 9, 1963, and together they shared more than 57 wonderful years of marriage. She survives in Marion.
Marcel Molins, 84, passed away on March 1, 2021, at his home in Chicago, Illinois.
He was born in Granollers, Spain, during the Spanish Civil War.
Donald Martin, 83, Evanston, IL, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
He was the beloved husband and best friend of Judy Martin, his wife of over 54 years; proud father of Tovah (James), Aaron, Sam (Julie), and Jeremy (Jenna); and cherished "Zayde" to Nathan, Elizabeth, Jadon, Oliver, Augustus, and Asa. Don was born in Brooklyn, NY, in 1937 and moved to the West Side of Chicago in 1951.
Theodore M. "Ted" Utchen died March 4, 2021.
He was born in St. Paul Minnesota on June 25, 1929 to Joseph and Lillian Utchen.
