The Department of Public Health has made changes to Part 390 (Long Term Care for Under Age 22 Facilities) of Title 77 (Public Health) to reflect amendments to the Nursing Home Care Act, 210 ILCS 45/2-101 et seq.

The Department of Revenue has amended sections 130.120 and 130.605 of 86 Ill Adm Code 130 to reflect changes made to the Illinois Retailers' Occupation Tax Act (35 ILCS 120/1 et seq).
The Illinois State Board of Education (Board) has amended three sections and repealed one section of 23 Ill Adm Code 60. The changes correlate with Public Act 94-0979 and pertain specifically to the Grow Your Own Teacher Education Act, 110 ILCS 48/1 et seq.
The Board of Higher Education (Board) has implemented rules, effective February 7, 2007, that provide uniform guidelines, definitions, and limitations for the issuing of tuition and fee waivers by public universities to their students. 23 Ill Adm Code 1075.
The Illinois Secretary of State has amended 92 Ill Adm Code 1010. The amendments allow "retail merchants" to be involved in selling and processing registration plates.
The Department of Health has amended 77 Ill Adm Code 370. The amendment pertains to Community Living Facilities and background checks that workers are given.
Effective December 27, 2006, the Department of Human Services has implemented new rules in 59 Ill Adm Code 110.30 that allow the staff at mental health facilities to keep contraband, dangerous, and restricted items away from patients in order to protect the safety of both staff and patients. 59 Ill Adm Code 110.30.
The Board of Education (Board) has adopted 23 Ill Adm Code 1105 in order to implement amendments made to the Board of Higher Education Act, 110 ILCS 205/0.01 et seq, that provide for the creation of a fellowship program for qualified nursing faculty working at eligible institutions of higher education.
The Department of Human Rights (department) has amended 56 Ill Adm Code 2520 to clarify and change the rules governing department procedures that follow the filing of a charge under the Illinois Human Rights Act.
The Department of Human Rights has amended 44 Ill Adm Code 750 to add sexual orientation, citizenship status, and military status to the list of categories protected in employment with government contractors under the Illinois Human Rights Act (Act).
The Department of Healthcare and Family Services (Department) has created part 123 of title 89 of the Illinois Administrative Code (Code) to implement the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program Act (Act). 215 ILCS 170/1 et seq.
The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) has added new sections to 35 Ill Adm Code 1662. These new sections were enacted because the Environmental Protection Act (Act), in section 25d-7(b), requires the setting of costs for those persons liable to the state.
Effective October 2, 2006, the Illinois Secretary of State has amended 23 Ill Adm Code 3060. These amendments arose because of a funding increase and are designed to help take full advantage of the supplemental grant money.
The Property Tax Appeal Board (Board) has added section 1910.79 and amended section 1910.95 of 86 Ill Adm Code 1910, effective September 29, 2006, in order to "streamline and expedite the appeal process" for appeals on property assessments of $1 million or more.
The State Board of Education (Board) has made several changes to 23 Ill Adm Code 1, which governs public schools. The amendments became effective September 26, 2006.
The Illinois Racing Board has amended part 1306 of title 11, 11 Ill Adm Code 1306. The amendment permits state stewards to have a race voided and to have that race's wagers refunded.
