In Part 1030 of Title 92, 92 Ill Adm Code 1030, the Secretary of State (Secretary) has added a new section to clarify the regulations regarding the use and distribution of images that are obtained by the Secretary.

Effective August 9, 2005, the Teachers' Retirement System (TRS) has added a new section to Part 1650 of Title 80, 80 Ill Adm Code 1650. 

The Illinois Secretary of State has amended Part 1040 of Title 92, 92 Ill Adm Code 1040. 

The Illinois Department of Human Services (Department) has recently amended Part 553 of Title 89. 

In Part 2300 of Title 71, 71 Ill Adm Code 2300, the Illinois Department of Human Rights (Department) has amended three sections. Effective August 19, 2005.

The Department of Central Management Services ("Department") has amended Part 302 of Title 80 to clearly outline proper use of administrative leave. 

Effective July 28, 2005, the Secretary of State has added a new section to Part 1030 of Title 92, 92 Ill Adm Code 1030.

In Part 1600 of Title 80, 80 Ill Adm Code 1600, the State Universities Retirement System (SURS) has added a new section. 

The State Board of Education recently amended Part 1 of Title 23, effective July 13, 2005.

Effective June 8, 2005, Part 434 of Title 89 was amended to remove reporting requirements and to implement administrative changes regarding audits and cost reports.

Part 565 of Title 2 was recently amended to add information on reporting requirements for State appointees under the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act ("Act"). 

The Secretary of State has amended Part 1010 of Title 92, 92 Ill Adm Code 1010, effective June 10, 2005. 

In order to reflect changes in the federal hazardous waste program allowing greater waste accumulation time for members of the National Environmental Performance Track Program .

The Illinois Pollution Control Board has amended Part 733 of Title 35, 35 Ill Adm Code 733, effective April 13, 2005.

The Illinois Department of Public Aid recently amended Part 148 of Title 89 of the Illinois Administrative Code, 89 Ill Adm Code 148.

Part 112 of Title 89 was amended by the Illinois Department of Human Services (Department), effective May 18, 2005.

The Illinois State Board of Education (Board) recently added Part 1300 of Title 4 (4 Ill Adm Code 1300), effective April 25, 2005.

The Illinois Department of State Police Merit Board has amended Part 150 of Title 80 of the Illinois Administrative Code. Effective April 15, 2005, the amendment refines the pool of police force applicants by requiring either a Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree.

The Illinois Department of Labor (IDL) recently added Part 230 of Title 56 of the Illinois Administrative Code, 56 Ill Adm Code 230.

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services has amended 89 Ill Adm Code 407. 

Effective on March 28, 2005, the Illinois State Board of Education amended subsections 4545 and 5520 of 44 Ill Adm Code 1100. 

Effective on March 22, 2005, the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity adopted 14 Ill Adm Code 110.

Notice must now be given if there is an escape, death, or court-ordered change in the custody status of a detainee or a civilly committed sexually violent person.

The Illinois Department of Human Services recently amended 89 Ill Adm Code 121, effective February 4, 2005.

The Illinois Commerce Commission amended 83 Ill Adm Code 759, effective March 1, 2005.

The Illinois Commerce Commission (Commission) recently adopted 92 Ill Adm Code 1546, effective February 15, 2005. This part requires that rail carriers provide walkways for railway workers.

The Illinois State Board of Education recently adopted amendments to 2 Ill Adm Code 5001, effective on February 22, 2005. 

The Department of Public Health has recently adopted amendments to 77 Ill Adm Code 591, effective on February 16, 2005. 

Effective January 10, 2005, 17 Ill Adm Code 230 has been amended by the Department of Natural Resources to add requirements for North Point Marina vendors.

The Illinois Department of Public Health recently adopted 77 Ill Adm Code 940, implementing the requirements of the Language Assistance Services Code.
